ABOUT ME

Hello!

My name is Chantel Gorman. I am a 21 year old editor and colourist from Northern Ireland, currently based in London and studying BA (Hons) Editing and Post Production at Ravensbourne University London.

I became interested in exploring film and video creation, specifically in post production, after working with corrective and creative photography using Adobe Photoshop since 2014 as both a hobby and a secondary school subject.

Since 2019, I have been editing short film and documentary projects. I have been able to use my time on my course to explore various editing genres and techniques using several softwares, as well as branch out and discover a love for colour grading. In the past few months, I've been utilising Ravensbourne's colour grading facilities and Blackmagic's Advanced Panel to make corrective and creative grades to build my portfolio.
